Hello, as I have seen on my invoices, this adapter is sometimes supplied free of charge, but sometimes it is also charged extra when you order an electrical appliance with a Schuko plug. Is there a specific criterion for when the adapter is supplied free of charge? Or is it possibly an error? LG

If a product does not have a CH plug, a free adapter should normally be supplied. It is possible that this is an error. In this case, please contact our customer service directly so that your request can be checked.
