Hello, I received the Samsung Galaxy Buds+ yesterday and connected it to my A52 5G via the Galaxy Wearable App. When I wanted to test them with a YouTube video, the video didn't start and I didn't hear anything. When I then tested Spotify, the bar for the time there did loop through, but I didn't hear anything. In general, I couldn't hear any sound through the headphones anywhere on the phone. Only sounds like when I paused something with the headphones worked. When I disconnected the headphones and then wanted to play the YouTube video, it played on the mobile phone speakers without any problems. After a few resets and disconnection attempts, I restarted my phone once. When I reconnected the headphones, YouTube, Spotify and so on suddenly worked fine. But then, for example, when I changed the app or selected a different song, the playback stopped again and I had to restart again. But in the meantime I have found out that I can also start the playback by starting the Google Assistant once and then turning it off again. It has become much more usable with the Google Assistant trick but I still wonder what the problem is. I would be grateful for any help.
