Question about Samsung Jet 90 multi
Bought the Jet 90 in December 2019. The brush roll no longer works properly. Now it is exhausting to vacuum. Are there any spare parts? Is it a warranty case?
Whether it is a warranty case or not cannot be determined by remote diagnosis. Galaxus can't do that either.
In this case, it is worth either contacting customer support or opening a service case in your customer account and sending in the device (at your expense). Unfortunately, I have not found any spare parts here.
