good day i am in a very bad mood my 3d printer shows since the new update only error 0061 in half of the print the problem i have all mini w+ with cubic figures. since i got the 3d printer as a gift i have no order number and nothing what should i do?
I haven't used this printer for a year. I switched to a much higher quality and - cheaper to maintain - and larger (300x300mm) 3D printer.
The XYZ programme was not fully configurable and not professionally designed.
By the way - XYZ support was (and I think still is) available with registration, you have to contact them
