Good morning. Occasionally you read about thick plugs and whether they would fit into mobile phones with covers. Does anyone know whether the plug (on the phone side) fits into a ZAGG Denali case, for example? Or in other words, how wide/ high is the USB-C plug? Merci.

Yes, I have a USB A - USB C cable with a length of 100 cm. I have just plugged the cable with C connection into the iPhone 17 pro with plastic cover. It worked perfectly. The sound connection came up on the mobile.

Answer

The USB C plug has exactly the same dimensions as another UBS C plug. It should therefore fit.
