Question about Manfrotto 500ah

The video head can be moved horizontally and vertically (each with damping) and locked (horizontally with a knob at the back, vertically with a lock on the left side).
For panoramic panning I would recommend the additional use of a suitable levelling head.
Unfortunately, I cannot judge whether the video head works well with a slider mechanically and (together with the camera) also in terms of weight.
