Question about Logitech MX Master 3

Good day, In my company I cannot install logitech option, yet I like the horizontal scroll wheel under the thumb. With the Master 2s it does not work on Windows without logitech option. What about the MX Master 3? If Logitech Option is also absolutely necessary for this, are there similar mice from Logitech or other manufacturers that have a horizontal scroll wheel and vertical scroll wheel, either stepless or with steps?
