Good day I received the Jabra Rox Wireless today and charged it (green light). Now I want to establish the connection via Bluetooth using the multifunction button (press for 5 seconds). Reset and pressing the button does nothing - no light, no flashing. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you very much for your feedback

I had exactly the same problem. After a long time of trying and clarifying, I came to the conclusion: defective - DOA.
