Question about Club 3D HDMI (Typ A) — HDMI (Typ A)
Good day I got the cable today and now it's like this, the cable is connected to the latest Swisscom TV box and when I connect the cable to the HDMI port on the TV where it says (eARC/ARC) I have no TV picture. I didn't have this problem with the old HDMI. Does anyone know why this is? The other HDMI plugs where it is not "eARC/ARC", I get the picture with this new cable.

Hello and good day, so, if I understand the question correctly, the "old" HDMI cable works between the Swisscom TV box and the TV. And the "new" cable does not.
According to my understanding, the PIN assignment for the cable is given and must work. So it seems to me that there is a fault in the cable or in the PIN contacts (HDMI plug) in the cable.
By the way, the HDMI cable between the Swisscom TV box and the Sony TV works for me. I also use the same cable between the TV and the Denon amplifier and that works too.
Conclusion: I would consider the cable to be "defective" and have it exchanged.
