Question about HP M426dw LaserJet Pro

Good day ladies/gentlemen. I am now using the second device of this model. I returned the first machine because of a very crooked feed (scan feed/flatbed scanner). Unfortunately, the second device also scans extremely crooked. Question: Has anyone had similar experiences to mine, or am I an isolated case? Is this possibly due to this device series? I have this problem with almost all of this model. you can order 10 and you will have the problem again immediately. i only use the thing as a printer and have bought a 477.

Have 2 of these devices in use; HP service came because of the same problem, replaced the top part, very quickly; but the result is still not satisfactory (crooked scan).

I also have 2 HP M426dw in use. I have not had any problems with the feed so far. However, I do clean the feed rollers from time to time. I use a cloth or some kitchen paper with a little squirt of window cleaner.
