Question about Brother MFC-L9570CDWT
Good day. I have bought this printer, just put it into operation and have the following problem: with all printouts (word, excel, pdf etc.) the text is in good quality, but the whole sheet gets a very slight "grey shimmer", as if the whole page (the background) is also very slightly printed with grey. somehow you can also feel this very slightly on the surface. Any idea where the problem lies? Thank you very much!

I was able to solve the problem with a firmware update and calibration.
Firmware update: Either on the device itself, on the panel, i.e. in the menu, but only if the device is connected via network/W-LAN. Or via the PC, using a tool, see here: https://support.brother.com/g....

Only the first printout had a slight grey background, but it didn't bother me any more because it was hardly visible (= I still saw it because I knew or paid attention).
Now, after the first toner change (black), the problem has completely disappeared.

Hello, yes..... I also had this problem at first. With time and after a few printouts it improves. It goes away completely when the resolution is changed from 1200 dpi to a normal print quality of 600 x 600 dpi. 1200 dpi makes no sense for documents with fonts. Have fun with the super printer! Rolf
