Good day I bought this monitor. But the USB hub on the side does not work properly. The keyboard receiver doesn't work. What could it be? I have two of them and both have the same thing, so I'm ruling out a defect. Kind regards

I found it out myself :-) You also have to connect the USB cable to the screen.
