Is there an adapter from 20 pin to the normal USB connection or dual USB?

Why not take this item: Delock Slot bracket 2x USB 2.0 to USB 2.0 9Pin Header The USB 3.0 speed would not work with the adapter either way. Or else a PCI-E card with USB 3.0 if a free PCI-E x1 slot is available.
