Does the DJI Ronin S also work with the Nikon D7500 or the D800?

According to the compatibility list on https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads..., the D7500 and D800 can only be stabilised on the gimbal without the nice gimmicks via the app. This was also the case with my Canon EOS 77D for a long time, until it suddenly became fully compatible. I think DJI will also make these cams compatible.
