You can try it out, if it doesn't work then send it back.
In any case, the enclosed disc (!) is from the last century :-) and the driver is certainly not suitable for MAC.

No, unfortunately the software for using the accessory is only available for Windows. I looked for a compatible version for Mac but couldn't find one :(
