Question about Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM

Focusing no longer works. The focus stays at 0.3m and cannot be changed, neither manually nor with autofocus. Can I do anything myself or should I send the lens in?

Have you changed any settings on the camera? E.g. focus search or something similar? If not, it is possible that there is a problem with the lens itself, if everything worked before with the same settings. How long have you been using the lens?
