You must connect the device to the amplifier of your stereo system, as described below, behind the stereo system at the tuner input, then switch the stereo system to tuner and this is how it should work. Do not forget to scan the stations in the device, then select a station from the selection. The sound will be slightly delayed shortly afterwards.

The device does not have a loudspeaker. Either connect it to the stereo system using the cable supplied or plug in wired headphones with an RCA plug.
