Enough is enough. If the camera is not available, then say so and I'll put up with it. But changing every day from "about the day after tomorrow" to "4-6 days" is just tedious. And this has been going on for about a month now. I understand that there are delivery bottlenecks, but then it's better not to give any details or simply "undetermined".
Nothing has changed yet... ordered just under a month ago.
Corona makes everything more difficult, no question. Nevertheless: With pretty much all dealers, sometimes no delivery time information, Digitec 5-7 days.
Therefore ordered.
Waited.
1st late delivery notice received, 1-2 weeks.
2nd late delivery notice received, a few days.
Then no delivery delay message received, in the customer account the delivery time simply changes from this Friday to unknown.
Like the rest, I don't find this a very happy solution myself. I ordered the StreamCam because the alternatives were all marked as hardly available. And in the end, it is hardly available. With the constant postponement of the delivery date, it is hardly possible to make a meaningful decision.
Digitec team, from experience - you really can do better, Corona or no Corona. It's better to write in plain language and say you can't tell. Better than constant postponements.
I agree with you exactly! Today it says "approx. the day after tomorrow" then it says "4-6 weeks" again, what's the point!
