Does this product work with Nvidia Shield? Do I need software to make this USB sound card work or is software only needed to improve it?

Helpful answer

No, this is a Windows device, which means it also needs the corresponding drivers. Android can't do anything with it.
Under Windows, there is software for config and firmware updates.
