Exactly. Connect the USB dongle, wait until the headset is recognised and set up, switch on the headset and off you go. If necessary, the headset must still be selected in the Windows playback settings. This worked for me without any problems.

Mine too. No problems at all (Win10). Ps. recommendable for spectacle wearers.
