Question about Lenovo ThinkPad USB C-Dock

So I use this docking station with a Lenovo E580 and it works very well. It also doesn't need an additional power supply for the Lenovo E580 but can be charged via the docking station.

And also with the Thinkpad T13 2nd gen.

presumably yes, it also worked with an HP, but not really with an Apple Mac Book Pro ...

It works perfectly with the Lenovo Thinkpad L580.
