That should actually work! It is a passive part, so without power connection! You can connect your amplifiers to the outputs and the speakers to the input! You can then select the respective amplifier via the selector switch! However, the unit is labelled incorrectly for this purpose. And you might have to be careful not to connect both amplifiers to the speakers at the same time:-)! Greets

I don't know, you have to ask the manufacturer. I use it with an amplifier and two pairs of speakers.
