Does the USB-C port support Power Delivery (PD) and pass-through (charging the mobile via the power bank while the power bank itself is charging)?

The USB-C port supports Power Delivery (PD) and Quick Charge (QC) 3.0 and can be used to charge both the power bank and a mobile phone. Pass-through is also supported, which means you can charge a mobile phone via the power bank while the power bank itself is charged via the USB-C port.
