Does the unit keep the settings when it is disconnected from the network? Can it be operated without WLAN after setup (time window mode)? Is the set-up complicated? (vs D-Link DSP-W215)

Yes, the unit keeps the settings. I do not know of an automatic on/off timer function. Switch on/off via APP. Setup is simple.
