No it does not, that dipends on your poweroutlet if it can handle it.
This is what it could handle:
Input voltage: 100V – 250V
Max. load: 10A
Power rating: 100V – 1000W / 250V – 2500W

But depending on your outlet (stadard outlets have 230Volts) it can be diffrent.
Any small appliances should work for example from the US. I'm using google home, wifi and chromecast ultra over

the same outlet, and there is no problem at all.
