Question about Terratec USB-BOX for VHS video digitization

Does the product run on Windows 10? What are the differences between the Terratec Grabster AV 300 and 350 MX, and what software is included in the package? Thank you in advance for your answer which will make my purchase easier. My goal is to digitize VHS or S-VHS tapes in .mp4.
