ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) actually refers to the scanner that is installed above the flatbed scanner on such devices (see model Brother DCP-9020CDW). This printer can print in automatic duplex, i.e. without "manually reinserting paper". In short: Yes, it refeeds the sheets automatically.
