All right, logical:-) to answer the question, yes, the pins are partially insulated. The strip works reliably for me. It has been in operation for just over a year.

The sale of plugs without partially insulated contacts has no longer been permitted since 2013. According to SN 441011

Are partially insulated plug pins on the respective plug itself? The strip has no pins. The openings, however, are provided with a clean-grip protection(?).
