Does the Jabra Pro 920 basically work without an adapter with the Yealink T48S SIP ? What are the exact limitations without an adapter? And if I want an adapter, which one would it be?

Without an adapter, you always have to pick up or hang up the phone and the headset. EHS stands for elektronic hook switch, which simulates the lifting or replacing of the switch under the handset.
