Question about ASUS ROG Strix XG35VQ
Does the guarantee generally apply from the date of purchase or from the date of delivery? I would like to order this monitor, but it is not yet available. Thank you! Customer service was also requested... who is faster?

That's how I see it too. I recently bought a 5000 CHF item from Interdiscount. On the delivery note, which is also printed out as a "guarantee note", there is an incorrect delivery date (namely the date of the online shop -> supplier). However, the device was only delivered to me two weeks later. Interdiscount refuses to make any kind of correction in the delivery note with incorrect information about the delivery date and insists that the warranty period had already started when they gave it to suppliers. As you said, that doesn't make any sense.... The supplier could have delivered even more late. I don't know what you can do about it.
