Does the box also work with a headset (sound + micro) that I want to use on the PC and mobile phone? Or is only audio supported?

I don't think so. My iPhone headsets all have a quadruple 3.5 inch connector for miko and stereo speakers. The DelockPort is only triple wired and switched as far as I know. I assume it will not work with a quad connector.
