Definitely no, the old Smart Controller only works with the 2 pro. The software is also completely different for the Mavic 3 and 3 pro.
(By the way, I am looking for a Smart Controller for the Mavic 2 pro. Do you have one to give away?)

I have both DJi Mavic 2 pro and Mavic 3 pro. Each only works with the corresponding controller
