Does it work with a Microsoft Surface Book3 or Laptop2 to transfer to an HP E241i IPS display? (If I wanted to connect 2 such HP monitors to the laptops, for example, this is recommended here: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/i-tec-dual-display-usb-c-dockingstation-usb-hub-13905268)

If your laptop has USB-C and your screen has a DisplayPort, it should work. The HP E241 does not have a very high resolution, which could be limiting.
