Does it make sense to buy such a printer if you create a lot of labels or shipping labels on post.ch?

Yes, definitely, but actually the basic model (black and white) with automatic cutter is good enough for the post office (QL-600). Interesting are also bundles Brother QL-820NWB Bundle (300dpi)
Don't forget, labels are also expensive, not only the printer...
