It just says 5 Volt 3 Amp / 9 Volt 2 Amp / 12 Volt 1.5 Amp, model Nokia AD-18WE. No further information available. Model 6 (2018) supports fast charging. Whether the included charger is a fast charger does not seem to be clear.
There is a wall charger with the appropriate USB-C cable included.
