Does charging also work with the Apple Smartcover? This is magnetically connected to the side of the iPad opposite the volume buttons.
Sorry, my question has been answered: iPad is charged on the base via Smart Connector. These three metal points are covered by the Smart Cover's fastening strip. Charging on the base is therefore only possible after removing the Smart Cover.
