Question about HP OfficeJet Pro 7740

Does anyone know the problem that the printer prints the lines dashed and not straight when printing A3 format with USB? When I am connected to the Internet, printing works perfectly. However, with a cable (USB) the printing is very poor. But strangely only with A3. Does anyone have the same problems? Updating drivers, new cartridges, cleaning the cartridge head, resetting the operating system and using a new cable has not helped.
