Does anyone know if this (or possibly another Lenovo docking station) works with the Macbook Retina 12", early 2015? And are two external displays possible on this Macbook?

We have tried this several times. Once it worked (allegedly), but the next time it didn't .... - the desktop was only displayed briefly and then it was black again ... we tried it with a 4K monitor. However, Lenovos run perfectly.
