Question about Dell Alienware AW3821DW

Does anyone know if the same G-SYNC module is installed here as in the LG 38GL950? The fan here was really unbearable and made a chirping noise. The Alienware panels also come from LG.

I cannot answer whether the identical module is inside. However, the AW38 has the same panel as the 38GN (not GL).

I have also used the monitor in Cyberpunk for several hours, I don't hear anything from the monitor.
