Yes, all frequencies up to 5G are accessible with this mobile phone, including 4G+. (Own it myself)

No, I have Swisscom, but in the manual search for mobile networks, 4G+ is displayed for Swisscom as well as for Salt and Sunrise. And I am also in the 4G+ connection right now.
