b) as sound output on a TV

Hello Danigü1986.
I bought the headphones about 2 months ago and use them mostly for Spotify or YouTube. 
Thanks to the noise-cancelling function, you really don't hear anything from your surroundings (can be dangerous in rush hour traffic).
Personally, I find the sound quality very good. Not too much bass and a good ratio of tweeters and woofers. So these headphones should also be suitable for Netflix. 
Unfortunately, I can't answer point b) because I hardly ever watch TV.
