Does anyone also use the "Shortcuts" function directly on the printer panel and has the following problem with scanning: Although the selection "A4" is chosen, the document is scanned in "Letter" format.

I would have to try it out, I only got the printer 1-2 days ago. But I mostly scan via HP easy scan on the Mac because I can also use the OCR function there, which doesn't work on the normal HP Smart App, so with HP Smart you only have a photo of the document in PDF form.
