Do they fit under a motorbike helmet? And is the soundproofing decent enough for motorcycling (I usually ride with earplugs)?

They are quite flat and muffle the sound of the sewing machine quite well. I don't need to turn up the volume to listen to audio books.
No, they don't fit. They press too tightly into the ear. I already had problems in winter when I wanted to put on a cap.
