Question about Bose Ear pads for QuietComfort 15/2

Unfortunately, I can't answer that. But the Bose company can. After the Bose customer service CH did not respond in a very consumer-friendly manner to my enquiry, I took advantage of a visit to the USA and presented the damaged ear pads. Reaction from Bose: they recognised the problem of the not optimally designed packaging for the headphones and gave me a new pair of headphones with optimised packaging free of charge. That's how you create customer satisfaction! In Switzerland and neighbouring countries, you pay for this "service".
