Do these parts fit together? Enclosure and additional SSDs are already available as well as a 750W power supply. https://www.digitec.ch/de/ShopList/Show?shopListId=5662C963AC18C77268A0D4D71038DF32

Since the board only accepts this RAM, he has to take it, but I think it's excessive, not the 32GB but the 3866Mhz. - I would probably take another board + (slower) RAM. 2x saved ;-) Because 2133 Mhz against 3866 bring MAXIMUM 10FPS under optimal conditions and that only with a few games. Some games don't run any faster as a result.

Otherwise, the setup is optimal.

For all those who want to save on Ram, check out the 2 videos:
DDR4 2133 MHz vs DDR4 3000 MHz > https://www.youtube.com/watch
DDR4 2400MHz VS DDR4 3200MHz > https://www.youtube.com/watch

I have adjusted the components a little.
Overclocking should be easy with the Asus board, hence the 3200 ram.

But do you really want to spend that much money on memory?
