Do these headphones work well with an optical digital plug, if so can we listen to the sound at the same time with the headphones and the television, choose only the television sound or headphones and both at the same time?

Yes, the headphone station has an optical jack. Now, if the sound can be played at the same time on the TV and in the headphones it is an option of your TV. In my case, Samsung TV, this is not possible.
