do the XF lenses work with the Fuji X-T100? I don't know the difference between the XF and XC lenses.
The XC lenses are usually made of plastic (pardon: polycarbonate). The disadvantage is that the shutter is also made of plastic. On the other hand, they are lighter (this only plays a role with large lenses). There are XC lenses that are in no way inferior in optics to an XF lens if the focal length and speed are identical, i.e. the optics are the same (e.g. 35mm f:2). What the XC lacks, however, is splash water protection. Some XC lenses also lack an adjustment dial, e.g. for the aperture.
Hello,
As far as I know, all x-mount lenses fit. These are actually all Fujinon lenses.
You can read about it from the manufacturer under this link:

The XC lenses differ from the XF lenses in terms of quality and price, but I can't see where they've cut corners.
I hope this has helped.
