No, you don't need a "driving licence" (yet), and you don't have to register it here or need a sticker (from 250g).
However, as here in Switzerland, there are numerous other laws, e.g. you are not allowed to fly everywhere for a long time and you have to keep a distance from certain things, which also applies to this toy!
I recommend you to study the laws before buying / flying, unfortunately there are more than enough self-appointed "air" policemen, who often have something to complain about even with 100% legal operation, so it is an advantage to know the exact rules ;-)
