Question about Acer Predator XB1 XB271HU
Digitec gives this as the manufacturer's number: UM.HX1EE.A03 When I compare these on the Acer homepage, however, I get this model: Predator XB271HU Which one is it now? :)

Follow the instructions from Digitec. I have also had such experiences with Acer. Acer makes many different models of the same device, but you can't find them on their website.
After your question: The manufacturer number and the model number are not the same for all manufacturers, including Acer. The manufacturer's number would be even more precise than the model number (for specially adapted models, which are then offered in online shops, for example).
Via serial number you should then get to the right page (theoretically ;) e.g. to download drivers, etc...
If the information at Digitec is wrong, you can report this and they will take the device back if you no longer want it.
