Despite existing Bluetooth connection radio/smartphone and radio connection via audio out with loudspeaker, no sound is produced during playback!

Sorry to ask such a stupid question, but the volume on the phone is fully open, isn't it?
Only because you say there is no sound via Bluetooth and cable connection.
